The professional career of employees at our client, a large professional services provider, has a clear course. Both the organization and the employees feel the need to know in time: who are the future leaders? And what do they have to develop for that?
We developed a development center in close cooperation with the customer. With both trained assessors of the customer and our own professional assessors, and with the help of an innovative combination of games and cases /role plays with actors. During the whole day the participants receive feedback, from both the assessors and the actors, and they can also put what they have learned into practice in a subsequent case.
The employees involved use all insights and feedback to make their personal development and action plan. In this way they can, together with their development manager, work on their own development.
